Introduction:
Americos Vigor 36 NS is specifically formulated concentrated silicone for velvet finish on cotton/knits and denim. The finish goods will give the appearance of shine, bright and sheen fabric.

Properties:

• Enhance the silky and velvety on denim
• Excellent velvet feel on knits
• Imparts bulky, bouncy and velvety hand feel Provide excellent hand
• Stronger than most softeners

Americos Vigor 36 NS S is mildly cationic ensuring a soft hand, while keeping the degree of whiteners unaffected.

Application:

Exhaust method: 
(Package m/c, Wash wheel, Soft-flow m/c, Winch) 

Padding method: 
Impregnate the fabric for 70–80% pick-up and dry it at 120°–140°C for 2–3 min. 

Spraying :
Partial Air-dry, curing at 350° Fahrenheit 

Padding: 
Pick up should be 70-80% wet on dry

Storage & Handling Precautions:

• Store in cool place and avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf life of Americos Vigor 36 NS S is one years under recommended storage
• The usual precautions in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed
