Introduction :
Americos Bio-Sharp A1 is a concentrated, engineered component cellulase. It is produced by neutral process and biodegradable. The product is designed to be formulated in to products that fill the needs of fabric and garment processer. It gives consistently good performance and it has excellent shelf life in normal room temperature. Americos Bio-Sharp A1 especially suitable for all kinds of cellulosic fibers. 

Americos Bio-Sharp A1 enzymatic hydrolyses the protruding fibers and loosens their ends. The removal of such hydrolyzed fibers requires mechanical agitation. Hence, the machines like soft-flow, jet and wash wheel, which produce mechanical agitation, are more suitable for bio-polishing.

Americos Bio-Sharp A1 is applied on fabric / garment in soft flow, rotary drum washer with high mechanical action. 

Americos Bio-Sharp A1 specially designed for bio-finishing I. e, softening, surface fiber removal, de-pilling, off cotton and other cellulosic fabrics and garments.

• Avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf-life of Americos Bio-Sharp A1 is one year if stored below 40°C

Americos Ptex SL (Enzyme for brightness & clean-up)
Introduction :
Americos Ptex SL is an oxidatively stable proteolytic enzyme ideal for brightness and clean-up and cellulase inactivation after stonewashing of denim or bio-finishing of cellulosic goods. This enzyme cannot be used with normal bio-polishing and fading enzyme.

Americos Ptex SL reduces backstaining caused by cellulase treatment of denim. It enhances the interaction of residual cellulase which is bound to the fabric and is present in the wash liquor retained by the fabric after treatment.

Americos Cellscos 450 AP (Denim fading enzyme)
Introduction :
Americos Cellscos 450 AP is a highly concentrated acid cellulase enzyme (NCU activity - 2,15,000) produced by genetically modified strains of Trichoderma Reesei. It is cost effective for denim material.

Americos Cellscos 450 AP/ Acid Cellulase Powder aggressively hydrolyses yarn surface by attacking the 1, 4 beta glycoside linkage of cellulase, yielding soluble products such as short-chain polysaccharides and glucose. This action loosens the indigo dye layer on yarn surface, which is subsequently more easily removed by mechanical action of the machine. After desired degree of abrasion is achieved, the deactivation of enzyme is recommended.

Americos E2T3 FadXx is made of special blend of cellulase enzymes produced by genetically modified organism and hence Americos E2T3 FadXx is especially suitable for all kinds of cellulosic fibers. Americos Amylase 180 (Desize, Alpha - amylase Enzyme)

Americos Amylase 180 is a desizing agent based on bacterial alpha amylase. It is a unique blend of thermal stable alpha-amylase and lubricant to remove most of the size materials from denim garment. This unique combination prevents the formation of unwanted creases, streaks, lines and crack marks during desizing process. It can be used to degrade the following size materials and their combinations:

• Starch
• Starch / Polyvinyl alcohol
• Starch / Polyvinyl alcohol / Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose (CMC)

Exhaust application (Jigger, Soft-flow m/c, Winch, Wash-wheel)

The actual concentration of Americos Amylase 180 depends on material to liquor ratio, agitation produced in m/c, cracking potential of sizing ingredients and equipment being used Drain the above liquor; give one hot wash and one cold wash. Alkaline washing with soda ash improves the removal efficiency of degraded sizing material.
