Americos Nanosoft 1140 is a highly concentrated silicone softener in gel form. It is made from premium quality of silicone which gives excellent softness and surface smoothness to garments and fabrics. It is highly exhaustible.

Application Methods:
Americos Nanosoft 1140 can be applied by exhaust as well as by padding method.

a) Exhaust method :
(Package m/c, Wash wheel, Soft-flow m/c, Winch)


b) Padding method :

Impregnate the fabric for 70-80% pick-up and dry it at 120°-140^°C for 2-3 min.

Storage & Handling Precautions :

• Store in cool place and avoid storing in direct sunlight
• The shelf life of Americos Nanosoft 1140 is two years under recommended storage
• The usual precautions in keeping chemicals away from eyes and skin should be observed

Americos Elastomer 1140 

Americos Elastomer 1140 is an innovative finishing agent, which is composed of multifunctional polyurethane. It is also used to achieve wrinkle free finish for polyester/ cotton, polyester, viscose, spandex, etc and their blends. It enhances elasticity and prevents wrinkle formation in fabric.

Advantages :

• It enhances wrinkle recovery.
• It restrain wrinkle of fabric.
• It gives excellent elasticity to various kinds of textile and their blend.
• It can be used on white fabric because it dose not make yellowing by heating or as time goes by.

Application:
Exhaust Method:
Use: 1 - 4 % weight of fabric

Padding Method:
Use: 10 - 40 g/l

Treated Condition:
Padding 20 - 50 g/l

Pick - up 70 - 80 %

Curing 150°C - 180°C (Time 30 - 60 sec.)

Precaution:
Before using with other finishing agents jointly in finishing process, Americos Elastomer 1140 is required to pretest compatibility with them sufficiently. It is proper that pH of temperature bath is 5 - 6.

Americos Nanosoft 2000 is an economical silicone softener in paste form. It gives excellent limp and surface smoothness to garments and fabrics.

Properties:

Application Methods:
It should be pre-diluted with water to 1:3 ratio. The diluted Americos Nanosoft 2000 can be applied by exhaust as well as by padding method.

Americos SF-1402 
Americos SF-1402 is an epoxide modified hydrophilic silicone emulsion. Hydrophilic Softeners have a good affinity for both natural and synthetic fibers such as cotton, flax and polyester. Fabrics treated with Americos SF-1402 have durable softness, good air permeability, hydrophilicity and slippery feel. The treatment also imparts anti-static properties; especially it imparts anti-pilling property to synthetic fiber.

• Hydrophilic Softeners is a nonionic, hydrophilic, self-emulsified epoxide modified silicone emulsion with high effective content
• It has good water solubility and compatibility
• It has no de-emulsification tendency
• It has good affinity to both natural and synthetic fibres
• It can form self-cross-linked film on fabric surface with the help of catalyst and heating
• It imparts soft, slippery and elastic finish on PES, cotton and flax fabrics
• It can be used alone, or can be used along with durable stiffening resin

Properties :



Application :
Americos SF-1402 can be used alone or together with durable resin or other softeners. When used as softener, usual dosage of 2-3 g/l is recommended.

Padding Process :



One dip one nip or two dips two nips methods of padding under room temperature can be followed. Nevertheless, for the actual application; the process should be adjusted according to the initial trials.
